 বিক্রেতা নীতিমালা (Seller Policy)

রাজশাহী শপিং-এ বিক্রেতা হিসেবে যুক্ত হয়ে আপনি আমাদের শর্তাবলী ও নিয়মাবলীর সাথে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। আমাদের লক্ষ্য হচ্ছে গ্রাহক ও বিক্রেতার মধ্যে একটি নির্ভরযোগ্য, স্বচ্ছ এবং সফল প্ল্যাটফর্ম তৈরি করা।

১. বিক্রেতা নিবন্ধন

বিক্রেতাকে অবশ্যই পূর্ণ নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, ইমেইল, এনআইডি নম্বর, এবং দোকান/প্রতিষ্ঠানের তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে। যাচাই-বাছাইয়ের পর বিক্রেতা অ্যাকাউন্ট সক্রিয় করা হবে। রাজশাহী শপিং যে কোনো সময় কোনো বিক্রেতার অনুপযুক্ত তথ্যের ভিত্তিতে অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।

২. পণ্যের দায়িত্ব

বিক্রেতাকে অবশ্যই সঠিক ও আপডেটেড পণ্যের তথ্য, মূল্য, ছবি এবং বিবরণ প্রদান করতে হবে। নিম্নমানের বা ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি করলে রিফান্ড/রিটার্নের সম্পূর্ণ দায় বিক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।

৩. ডেলিভারি সময়

বিক্রেতাকে নির্ধারিত সময়ে পণ্য পাঠাতে হবে। বিলম্ব হলে জরিমানা বা অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত করা হতে পারে।

৪. অবৈধ পণ্যের নিষেধাজ্ঞা

জাল, নকল, সরকার নিষিদ্ধ, কিংবা অবৈধ পণ্য বিক্রি করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ। এই ধরনের কার্যক্রমে বিক্রেতা অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে বাতিল করা হবে।

৫. কমিশন এবং লেনদেন

প্রতিটি সফল বিক্রির পর রাজশাহী শপিং একটি নির্ধারিত কমিশন কেটে রাখবে। বিক্রেতার বিক্রির টাকা প্রতি সপ্তাহে বা মাসে একবার নির্ধারিত একাউন্টে পাঠানো হবে, যা বিক্রেতার প্রোফাইলে উল্লেখ থাকবে। ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার/মোবাইল ব্যাংকিংয়ের মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট পাঠানো হবে।

৬. বিক্রেতা সহায়তা

যেকোনো সমস্যা, প্রশ্ন বা অভিযোগের জন্য বিক্রেতারা আমাদের সহায়তা কেন্দ্রে যোগাযোগ করতে পারবেন।

৭. আইনগত বাধ্যবাধকতা

রাজশাহী শপিং এবং এর সকল বিক্রেতা বাংলাদেশ সরকারের আইন অনুসরণ করে পরিচালিত হবে। আইনি বিষয়ের ক্ষেত্রে রাজশাহী কোর্টের বিচার প্রযোজ্য হবে।

 Seller Policy

By registering as a seller on Rajshahi Shopping, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We aim to create a transparent and trustworthy platform between buyers and sellers.

1. Seller Registration

Sellers must provide full name, mobile number, email, NID number, and shop/business information. Accounts will be activated after verification. Inaccurate or false details may result in account termination.

2. Product Responsibility

Sellers must provide accurate, up-to-date product details, pricing, and images. Sellers are responsible for product quality and will bear all costs related to returns or refunds in case of faulty or incorrect products.

3. Delivery Timeliness

Products must be dispatched on time. Delay in delivery may result in penalties or suspension of the seller account.

4. Prohibited Products

The sale of counterfeit, illegal, or restricted items is strictly prohibited. Such listings will result in permanent account deactivation.

5. Commission & Payment Disbursement

A predefined commission will be deducted from each successful sale. Seller payments will be disbursed weekly or monthly to the seller's designated account. Payment will be made via bank transfer or mobile banking.

7. Legal Compliance

Rajshahi Shopping and its sellers must operate in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Rajshahi.
