কাস্টমার রিফান্ড পলিসি

রাজশাহী শপিং সবসময় গ্রাহকদের সন্তুষ্টিকে অগ্রাধিকার দেয়। আমাদের রিফান্ড নীতিমালা নিচের শর্তাবলীর ভিত্তিতে পরিচালিত হয়:

১. পণ্য ডেলিভারির পর যদি পণ্যটি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ভাঙা বা ভুল পণ্য হয়, তবে আপনি পণ্য গ্রহণের ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদেরকে অবহিত করতে পারবেন।

২. রিফান্ডের জন্য পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত, মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে এবং একই অবস্থায় ফেরত দিতে হবে যেভাবে আপনি পেয়েছেন।

৩. রিফান্ডের জন্য অবশ্যই অর্ডার নম্বর ও সমস্যার প্রমাণ (ছবি/ভিডিও) ইমেইল বা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপের মাধ্যমে পাঠাতে হবে।

৪. যাচাই-বাছাই শেষে রিফান্ডের সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করা হবে। সাধারণত ৫-৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন হয়।

৫. ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে বিকাশ বা নগদে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে, এবং অন্যান্য পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির ক্ষেত্রে সেই মাধ্যমেই রিফান্ড হবে।

৬. নিম্নলিখিত অবস্থায় রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে না:

পণ্য ব্যবহৃত হলে

প্যাকেজ খোলা বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে

গ্রাহকের ভুলে অর্ডার করা হলে

 Customer Refund Policy

Rajshahi Shopping always prioritizes customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is governed by the following conditions:

1. If the product delivered is faulty, broken, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned in the same condition as received to be eligible for a refund.

3. To request a refund, you must provide the order number and evidence (photo/video) of the issue via email or WhatsApp.

4. After proper verification, a refund decision will be made. The refund process usually completes within 5–7 business days.

5. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be sent via bKash or Nagad. For other payment methods, refunds will be made to the original payment method.

6. Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

If the product has been used

If the packaging is opened or damaged

If the wrong item was ordered by the customer
